  • Ensures timely availability of subcontractor services and major equipment to optimize project efficiency.
  • Assigns tasks to construction professionals and support teams, tracking progress and recommending corrective measures to meet project goals.
  • Manages the allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment to enhance productivity and adhere to schedules and budgets.
  • Maintains vigilance regarding potential issues, implementing preventive actions to meet critical project milestones.
  • Prepares regular reports detailing construction progress for senior management and client review.
  • Conducts performance assessments and recommends promotions and salary adjustments for direct reports.
  • Ensures compliance with all company, client, and regulatory policies impacting project advancement.
  • Acts as the primary liaison with client representatives, engineers, designers, and contractors involved in construction activities.
  • Fosters strong relationships with clients and the community to support project objectives and sustainability initiatives.
  • Leads a team of inspectors and resident engineers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 15 years of relevant field experience.
  • Preferred experience in airport construction or large vertical structural projects.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Extensive knowledge of construction processes and industry practices.
  • Ability to collaboratively achieve key project objectives and address challenges effectively.
  • Demonstrated managerial capabilities, complemented by strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in leading senior discipline inspectors and construction administration support personnel.
