Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Quest Diagnostics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing current business and targeting new opportunities to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Onboard New Customers: Ensure seamless onboarding of new customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Provide Expertise: Offer in-depth knowledge and expertise to customers, helping them to make informed decisions and drive business results.
- Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and laboratory resources, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- 2+ years of experience in business-to-business sales with account ownership.
- Hunter mindset and approach to sales.
- Strong selling skills and ability to grow new business.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Solid PC skills, including Microsoft software.
