About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Quest Diagnostics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing current business and targeting new opportunities to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Onboard New Customers: Ensure seamless onboarding of new customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Provide Expertise: Offer in-depth knowledge and expertise to customers, helping them to make informed decisions and drive business results.
  • Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and laboratory resources, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in business-to-business sales with account ownership.
  • Hunter mindset and approach to sales.
  • Strong selling skills and ability to grow new business.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid PC skills, including Microsoft software.
