Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams to meet recruitment objectives, including crafting and maintaining precise job descriptions, managing staffing levels, and enhancing the talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate initiatives such as Trainee Development Programs in collaboration with educational institutions and organize recruitment events.
  • Streamline HR processes by leveraging electronic systems, creating dashboards, and maintaining centralized data storage. Monitor and report on key HR metrics related to recruitment and retention.
  • Oversee records of hourly team member pay progression, including annual reviews and payroll adjustments.
  • Research and recommend updates to local and regional HR policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Support initiatives from Compensation & Benefits and Talent Acquisition & Development teams.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with relevant HR generalist experience.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in an HR generalist capacity, preferably within a manufacturing context.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, such as SAP or Success Factors, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in various MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
