Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Wacker Chemie AG. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our business leaders and employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to drive consistency and improve processes across the organization
- Track and report on key performance indicators and HR metrics
- AS degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record as an HR business partner who can build relationships and drive results
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- First-hand experience using HRIS systems, such as SAP or SuccessFactors
