Revenue Operations Lead

At Modern Treasury, we're looking for a seasoned Revenue Operations Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Revenue Operations team, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and operational excellence across our sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to accelerate revenue growth, working closely with GTM leadership to determine key performance indicators and drive data-driven decision making.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the success of our Revenue Operations initiatives.
  • Partner with sales leadership to drive sales services and operations, including sales compensation and quota planning, territory carving, and reducing non-sales activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute marketing operations strategies, including campaign planning, data analysis, and measurement.
  • Work closely with finance to develop our annual plan, leveraging your understanding of our marketing and sales cycles to inform business decisions.
  • Convene and align with GTM leaders to drive accountability and improve GTM outcomes, hosting regular meetings to review performance and set context for decisions.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, with a proven track record of driving complex projects to completion.
  • Previous people management experience, with a focus on developing and coaching high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with multiple teams and functions.
  • BA/BS required, with a focus on business, operations, or a related field.

Compensation Range: $150K - $210K
