About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to join our finance team at OpenAI. As a key member of our Revenue team, you will be responsible for managing our revenue operations team and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Revenue Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and execute on all order management and operational billing processes, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of customer billing.
  • Review and perform validation for month-end close activities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and execute on opportunities to improve the Order-to-Cash process and customer experience.
  • Support and iterate on Revenue Operations Systems architecture for new products, including supporting business process and system implementations.
  • Provide insights to leadership on key operations and initiatives for the Order-to-Cash process.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in the Enterprise SaaS/B2B industry, specifically within order management, accounts receivable, and billing operations.
  • 3+ years of experience acting as a manager/mentor to team members, nurturing their professional development and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
  • Experience managing a diverse, geographically dispersed team.
  • High proficiency with contracting systems, payment processors, and ERP systems.
  • Exemplary interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
