Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Support branches during new openings.
  • Maintain compliance with local and national standards; review compliance reports.
  • Develop and implement action plans to enhance service standards and reduce waste.
  • Create an incremental sales strategy with local management; monitor performance and profitability.
  • Enhance customer retention and experience at the point of sale.
  • Identify pricing opportunities and promote repeat business.
  • Ensure adherence to merchandising standards.
  • Evaluate performance through audit reports.
  • Assist in the Route Driver role as needed, including delivering products and maintaining equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred; a two-year college degree or equivalent experience is acceptable.
  • Minimum of 3 years of driving experience required.
  • Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred, or at least 1 year of related experience.
  • Experience in route management, retail, and merchandising is a plus.
  • Ability to operate or willingness to learn to use material handling equipment.
  • Background in food and beverage services.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service to clients and customers.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently.
