3. **Expense Control:** Monitor and manage store expenses to maximize profitability.
4. **Inventory Management:** Oversee inventory control processes to minimize shrinkage and ensure stock availability.
5. **Staffing:** Recruit, train, and manage store personnel to create a productive team.
6. **Store Setup and Teardown:** Coordinate the setup and breakdown of seasonal displays and fixtures.

Requirements:
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Flexible scheduling availability.
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift/move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Previous experience in retail management is essential.
