Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Trainer III to join our team at INSPYR Solutions. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to our manufacturing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs on SAP TM and other manufacturing software
  • Provide hands-on training and support to manufacturing staff
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop training solutions
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing training or a related field
  • Proven expertise in SAP TM and other manufacturing software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
