Project Overview

This individual will provide formal training courses to Client's customers and employees using product courseware, equipment, user guide, management software, and related technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach courses for existing FNC products (hardware and software) as an Instructor.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the function and operation of Client's products and keep this knowledge updated.
  • Prepare, setup and deliver lectures, workshops, labs, and assignments using various teaching methods and tools.
  • Evaluate student performance, progress, and learning outcomes using quizzes, tests, projects, and portfolios.
  • Provide constructive and timely feedback to students and address their questions and concerns.
  • Collaborate with other instructors, coordinators, and staff to ensure the quality and consistency of the courses and programs.
  • Participate in professional development activities and stay updated on the latest trends and developments in your field.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant field of study - equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • A strong command of the subject matter and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with students of different experience levels.
  • Independent/self-reliant, team player who can adapt to change quickly.
