Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Behavior Technician to join our team in schools in Danbury, CT. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral health services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support children with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct support to children in the classroom and other settings
  • Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and monitor progress
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., special education, psychology, social work)
  • Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of behavioral interventions and strategies (e.g., ABA, positive behavioral supports)
