Behavioral Health Clinician

Job Summary:
The Community Health Center is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team. As a licensed therapist, you will work with clients to develop and implement treatment plans, provide individual, family, or group therapy, and collaborate with psychiatric and medical providers to ensure comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic psychosocial evaluations and develop care plans with clients and their families
- Provide individual, family, or group therapy as appropriate
- Collaborate with psychiatric and medical providers to ensure comprehensive care
- Document all clinical interventions in accordance with CHC policy, Joint Commission standards, and state regulatory expectations
- Supervise unlicensed staff and/or students as needed
Requirements:
- Ph.D. / Psy.D, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT degree
- Licensed in the State of Connecticut
- Minimum of two years of experience with outpatients, including experience with children and/or adults
- Theoretical orientation consistent with brief, problem-focused therapy
- Reliable access to an automobile or reliable access to transportation to outside agency consults, meetings, and home visits
