We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team at Connecticut Institute for Communities, Inc. (CIFC Health). As a remote LCSW therapist, you will provide community-based therapy to adult and pediatric patients, utilizing your expertise in diagnostic psychosocial evaluations, care planning, and individual, family, or group therapy.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct initial behavioral health evaluations and develop care plans with clients and their families.
- Provide individual, family, or group therapy as appropriate, and conduct care coordination.
- Document all clinical interventions in accordance with CIFC Health policy and state regulatory expectations.
- Consult with providers within and outside the agency regarding treatment plans and progress.
- Coordinate with psychiatric consultants for diagnostic and consultative needs, and refer as necessary for medication management.
- Current CT LCSW, LPC, or LMFT License issued by DPH.
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
