Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Receptionist to support our operations at Consulate Health Care.

This is a Full-Time role, scheduled for Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to assist the designated supervisor.
  • Coordinate tasks within the department and with other departments, addressing inquiries and requests for information.
  • Engage with individuals in a courteous, tactful, and friendly manner while managing issues, complaints, and questions.
  • Review correspondence and memos directed to administration, addressing routine matters through written or verbal communication, or redirecting to appropriate parties for expedited handling.
  • Prepare preliminary work for various projects.
  • Manage the preparation, receipt, and distribution of inter-office and U.S. mail, including bulk mailings.
  • Organize, monitor, and maintain general administrative records and filing systems.
  • Provide customer service to residents and families as needed.
  • Receive and process invoices for Accounts Payable, ensuring timely payments and correspondence with corporate Accounts Payable as necessary.
  • Coordinate room setups and refreshments for meetings and conferences.
  • Contribute to innovative healthcare practices by developing and implementing new ideas and concepts that enhance systems and processes for superior outcomes, as well as fostering a successful management team.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Preferred: Two (2) year college degree or equivalent with a focus on business studies.
  • Must demonstrate qualifications, compassion, and a commitment to excellence in performance.
