Primary Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to assist the designated supervisor.
- Coordinate activities within the department and with other departments, responding to inquiries and requests for information.
- Engage with others in a courteous, tactful, and friendly manner while addressing issues, complaints, and questions.
- Review correspondence and memos directed to administration, managing routine matters through written or verbal communication, or redirecting to appropriate parties for expedited handling; prepare and develop confidential and routine correspondence, reports, forms, and special mailings.
- Assist in preliminary work on various projects.
- Handle the preparation, receipt, and distribution of inter-office and U.S. mail; manage bulk mailings for distribution.
- Organize, monitor, and maintain general administrative records and filing systems.
- Provide customer service to residents and families as needed.
- Process invoices for Accounts Payable, ensuring timely payments and corresponding with corporate Accounts Payable as necessary.
- Coordinate room setups and refreshments for meetings and conferences.
- Contribute to innovative healthcare solutions by developing and implementing new ideas and concepts that enhance systems and processes, leading to superior outcomes and the growth of a successful management team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Preferred: Two (2) year college degree or equivalent with a focus on business studies.
- You should be qualified, compassionate, and committed to excellence in your work.
