Key Responsibilities for Household Operations Manager:
- Ensure the maintenance, preservation, and daily management of the household, including housekeeping tasks.
- Supervise contractors engaged in cleaning and maintenance activities.
- Oversee the careful handling and movement of antiques, furniture, and valuable items.
- Monitor the property’s condition, report necessary repairs, and ensure security measures are in place.
- Manage reception duties, including guest accommodations and special events.
Qualifications for Household Operations Manager:
- High School diploma or equivalent certification
- Valid Driver's License
- Extensive experience in housekeeping and household management
- Expertise in the care and cleaning of antique furnishings, brass, silver, and textiles.
