Joining the Sandhurst Apartment Management team as a Property Leasing Specialist means becoming part of a dedicated group focused on delivering exceptional living experiences. As a Property Leasing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to lease apartments and spaces utilizing effective sales strategies. Our specialists are well-versed in market dynamics, including competitive analysis and data interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Property Leasing Specialist at Sandhurst, you will:

  • Adhere to safety protocols for both the company and community, ensuring cleanliness and protection of work areas.
  • Welcome prospective residents/clients, assessing their qualifications, needs, and preferences.
  • Professionally showcase the community and apartments, articulating features and advantages.
  • Comply with rental policies and procedures as well as the monthly marketing strategy.
  • Support resident retention initiatives by managing lease renewals each month.
  • Assist with daily office administrative tasks, including resident communications.
  • Conduct inspections of move-ins, move-outs, and vacancies to ensure readiness and cleanliness.
  • Regularly inspect the community while on-site, maintaining cleanliness and reporting maintenance needs.
  • Accurately process lease applications, verification, and resident notifications.
  • Complete all lease documentation, including necessary addendums, and accept rents and deposits.
  • Perform additional responsibilities related to the Property Leasing Specialist role as assigned.
Qualifications:

To be considered for the Property Leasing Specialist position at Sandhurst, you should possess:
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Availability to work weekends and/or holidays.
  • Experience in marketing or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with Entrata software (preferred but not mandatory).
