Job Title: Solutions Architect Leader

Travel:
Up to 30% travel may be necessary for this position.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the effective development and transition of applications and services to the AWS ecosystem
  • Recruit, onboard, mentor, and cultivate Solutions Architects
  • Inform clients about the advantages of AWS
  • Guide Solutions Architects in enhancing their skill sets
  • Disseminate best practices within the solutions architect community
  • Create customer-facing documentation and best practices
  • Establish connections with key customer decision-makers
  • Facilitate collaboration among customers, engineering teams, and support staff

This role entails mentoring a team of Solutions Architects to elevate their expertise and understanding of the AWS platform. You will engage in strategic projects and work closely with various teams across AWS.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT application development
  • 2+ years of practical software development or DevOps engineering experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technology solutions development
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in a managerial role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in designing and migrating solutions to cloud environments
  • Background in sales, technical presales, or product development
