  • Proficient in PC imaging, configuration, and troubleshooting (both hardware and software)
  • Solid understanding of O365
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Intune is preferred

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Cloud services (IaaS & PaaS), Windows Server, Windows 10, and MS SQL Server
  • Exposure to Microsoft IIS, .NET application support, and application architecture (e.g., client-server)
  • Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, Bash) is a plus
  • Experience in mobile application support and diagnostics, particularly with Apple products
  • Strong understanding of ITSM tools and automation (e.g., ServiceDesk, ServiceNow)
