Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Integrated Power Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our national accounts representatives and customers across all Southland Group locations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist national accounts representatives with order procurement, sourcing status, tracking, and problem resolution
- Source and procure parts, ensuring quotes, pricing, and timelines are accurate
- Monitor and track POs and sales orders, following up with customers and internal departments to resolve any issues
- Participate in marketing campaigns and activities
- Collaborate with other departments, including Engineering, to ensure customer requests are delivered accurately and on-time
- 3+ years' experience in a relevant sales support role; some college preferred
- Technical knowledge of power distribution equipment and ability to interpret technical drawings
- Previous support of PEARL is a plus
- Computer proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and good time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with constant deadlines
