Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Integrated Power Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our national accounts representatives and customers across all Southland Group locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist national accounts representatives with order procurement, sourcing status, tracking, and problem resolution
  • Source and procure parts, ensuring quotes, pricing, and timelines are accurate
  • Monitor and track POs and sales orders, following up with customers and internal departments to resolve any issues
  • Participate in marketing campaigns and activities
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Engineering, to ensure customer requests are delivered accurately and on-time
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in a relevant sales support role; some college preferred
  • Technical knowledge of power distribution equipment and ability to interpret technical drawings
  • Previous support of PEARL is a plus
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and CRM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and good time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with constant deadlines
