Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to oversee service activities for a major client. The successful candidate will manage the dispatch of local technical resources in response to service requests, ensuring timely and effective repair services.

The Service Manager will be responsible for the overall management of all service activities for the client, representing eQuip on all affiliate committees and ensuring compliance with service metrics performance commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service activities for a major client, including dispatch of local technical resources
  • Ensure timely and effective repair services
  • Represent eQuip on all affiliate committees
  • Ensure compliance with service metrics performance commitments

Requirements:

  • 8 years recent relevant experience
  • Anatomy and Physiology, Life Sciences
  • Selling, negotiation, biomedical equipment and familiarity with regulations such as AAMI, JCAHO, NFPA, OSHPOD, and Title 22
  • Incumbent must be familiar with the use of personal computers and various types of software
  • Communications skills, especially verbal, and demonstrated presentation and negotiation skills

Working Conditions:

Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day
