Customer Service Manager

At Restaurant Depot, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to new and existing customers, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of our products to increase store sales and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and customer satisfaction
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding order status and product information
  • Process customer orders and changes according to established department policies and procedures
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Partner with Field Marketing Representatives to meet and exceed customer service expectations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in customer service
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
