We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Center Manager RN to join our team at Premise Health. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily management of our health center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the overall management of a medium-sized health center, including staff supervision and performance management.
- Provide patient care and technical expertise as needed, ensuring the highest level of quality and service.
- Manage technical team leaders and monitor daily operational processes to ensure efficient and effective health center performance.
- Compile input for performance appraisals and make recommendations for staff development and performance management.
- Manage staff, including RNs, administrative, and technical staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and present recommendations to the Director, Client Operations.
- Make recommendations regarding staffing models based on objective scheduling and volume analysis.
- Understand and comply with all regulatory, procedural, policy, and licensing requirements.
- Communicate and coordinate corporate messages and ensure implementation of policies and procedures.
- Coach and provide feedback to staff on a regular basis.
- Manage internal budgets, review expenses, and purchase supplies and equipment as needed.
- Assist in the identification and scheduling of local per diems.
- Work collaboratively with the Medical Leader at the site to manage internal site issues.
- Communicate regularly with staff, conduct meetings, and keep staff informed.
- Act as the health center's infection control lead and collaborate with the corporate Director of Quality and Infection Control Officer.
- May interact with client representatives as required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Current license as a RN in practicing state.
- Certification in Occupational Health (COHN/COHN-S) may be required for some sites.
- Current hands-on certification in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for health care providers is required.
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in the medical field.
- 2 – 3 years' management experience.
- Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC or other industry standards for Infection Prevention practices.
