About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our team at Revere Health. As a Patient Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients, answering their billing questions, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer patient billing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Process and update patient financial accounts
  • Work with patients to resolve billing discrepancies and issues
  • Communicate with patients to gather information and provide updates on their accounts
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Moderate experience with Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
