About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and building strong relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist clients with onboarding and registration processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide accurate information to clients
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of CRM software and customer service tools
  • Spanish fluency is a plus
