Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer support through various channels including in-person, phone, and digital communication.
- Utilize a helpdesk management system to track, assign, and resolve support tickets while adhering to service level agreements.
- Install and set up computer systems, software applications, and printing devices.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues effectively.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
- Manage user accounts and computer assignments in Active Directory, ensuring proper security settings are applied.
- Oversee inventory of equipment and supplies.
- Provide support for the Microsoft 365 suite and related applications.
- Ensure compliance with SharePoint and OneDrive standards.
- Facilitate training on Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain and update technology service desk policies and procedures.
- Create and manage knowledge base articles for both the technology team and end-users.
- Track and manage technology assets, ensuring accurate software and hardware inventory.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar support role.
- Proficient in essential technology skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows 10, PC and Mac hardware, printing solutions, mobile devices, remote access, and productivity software (Office 365, Google Apps, etc.).
- Familiarity with helpdesk platforms, operating system migrations, and automated software deployment.
- Strong understanding of networking, wireless technologies, server management, and security protocols.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor with a focus on customer service and collaboration.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
- Technical certifications (e.g., MCP, MCSE, ITIL, A+) are advantageous.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Latin American Spanish is a plus.
