Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer support through various channels including in-person, phone, and digital communication.
  • Utilize a helpdesk management system to track, assign, and resolve support tickets while adhering to service level agreements.
  • Install and set up computer systems, software applications, and printing devices.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues effectively.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Manage user accounts and computer assignments in Active Directory, ensuring proper security settings are applied.
  • Oversee inventory of equipment and supplies.
  • Provide support for the Microsoft 365 suite and related applications.
  • Ensure compliance with SharePoint and OneDrive standards.
  • Facilitate training on Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Maintain and update technology service desk policies and procedures.
  • Create and manage knowledge base articles for both the technology team and end-users.
  • Track and manage technology assets, ensuring accurate software and hardware inventory.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a similar support role.
  • Proficient in essential technology skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows 10, PC and Mac hardware, printing solutions, mobile devices, remote access, and productivity software (Office 365, Google Apps, etc.).
  • Familiarity with helpdesk platforms, operating system migrations, and automated software deployment.
  • Strong understanding of networking, wireless technologies, server management, and security protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanor with a focus on customer service and collaboration.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
  • Technical certifications (e.g., MCP, MCSE, ITIL, A+) are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Latin American Spanish is a plus.
