Position Overview:
This pivotal role is designed to provide comprehensive support to the CEO and COO, encompassing a variety of responsibilities such as organization, calendar oversight, travel coordination, project management, presentation preparation, and report maintenance. The position demands a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and documentation.


Senior Executive Assistant Details:
  • Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, in-office.
  • Compensation: $33.65 - $36.06 per hour
  • Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage confidential information and communications involving senior leadership, board members, donors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective calendar management, meeting notifications, and timely distribution of materials such as agendas and meeting minutes.
  • Provide support for meetings, visitors, events, and departmental reporting requirements.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive administrative or related capacity.
  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives or similar roles within a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and strategic information with discretion.
  • Strong skills in developing and delivering presentations and communications for senior staff and board members.
  • Experience working with diverse teams and acting as a liaison for executive-level activities.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
