Job Title: Director, Shark Beauty Social Media

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our social media and influencer marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with our business objectives and target audience demographics.
  • Oversee the creation, curation, and publishing of high-quality content across all social media channels.
  • Foster meaningful interactions with our social media followers and monitor conversations, trends, and feedback to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to support marketing initiatives, product launches, events, and promotions.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to leverage partnerships with relevant influencers and thought leaders.
  • Partner with social/media analysts to track key metrics, analyze performance data, and generate regular reports for stakeholders.
  • Lead and inspire a team of social media managers, specialists, and content creators to achieve our social media goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • 8-10+ years of social media management experience, preferably in a global or multinational organization.
  • Relevant category/Beauty industry experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Acute understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Experience in developing paid, earned, and owned content strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies.
What We Offer:
