Junior Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Junior Strategist to join our team at Influencer. As a key member of our Impact Studio, you will play a crucial role in discovering new and upcoming creator trends, analyzing social media trends, and ensuring that our influencer campaigns are relevant and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively search for emerging creators across new and current social media platforms.
  • Evaluate potential influencers based on content quality, engagement rates, and alignment with brand values.
  • Maintain a database of up-and-coming creators and track their growth and influence.
  • Present creator recommendations internally, ensuring they meet the brand brief.
  • Conduct thorough background checks on potential creators to ensure brand safety.
  • Assess creators' previous partnerships, audience demographics, and overall reputation.
  • Present vetted creators to brands with detailed reports and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • ~2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, community management, or social media.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using social media analytics tools and CRM software.
  • Passion for influencer marketing and a knack for identifying potential talent.
