Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager

VelocityEHS is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to achieve business objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in enterprise sales
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and techniques
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the environmental, health, and safety industry
  • Knowledge of sales software and tools, such as CRM systems
