Job Overview

We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Woburn, MA.

This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments.

Responsibilities
  • Configure and deploy new or refurbished equipment to end-users; laptops, desktops, and printers.
  • MDM troubleshooting of Tablets and Handheld devices using SOTI MOBIControl.
  • Server 2019 Active Directory and file structure knowledge.
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience with PC Build Experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Applications; Office 365, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Operating system experience; Windows 10, Server 2016, 2019, and SQL Server a plus.
Work Environment

Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals.

Sitting for extended periods of time.

Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard or mouse, and to handle other computer components.

Estimated Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
