About the Role:
This is a full-time position, approximately 20 hours per week. You will be working on a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The estimated salary for this role is $35,000-$45,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and register guests in a friendly and efficient manner
* Process check-ins and check-outs while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
* Answer guest inquiries regarding hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation
* Handle requests for information, mail, and messages in an efficient and courteous manner
* Work closely with fellow associates and other departments to ensure seamless operations
* Maintain accurate records and complete tasks in a timely manner

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field helpful
* Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Basic math skills and proficiency in using technology
