The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships with major health systems and brands across the national market. Your expertise in global sourcing and national market focus will be instrumental in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of developing business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class account management and exceed customer expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of related experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing large major brands and national accounts.
  • Experience selling into the Healthcare, Hospitality, and/or Food Service industries.
  • Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strategic thinking and disciplined ability to plan, organize, and execute well.
  • Customer/Client Focused & Results Driven.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management, including executive leadership, to create mutually beneficial agreements.
Work Environment:
This role is based full-time out of our Tronex International corporate offices in New Jersey. Approximately 15-20% travel is required, dependent on customer/market dynamics. Tronex International, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
