Your Role

As a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer III, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the quality of our applications. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the development, assessment, and implementation of automated testing solutions and frameworks for intricate systems to ensure software reliability and quality.
  • Leading the investigation and resolution of complex system challenges in collaboration with project teams to identify root causes and enhance processes.
  • Providing mentorship and support to fellow Test Automation Engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices and our established automation framework.
  • Working closely with product management, project management, development teams, and stakeholders to establish testing goals and objectives.
  • Creating and executing functional test cases as required.
  • Prioritizing actions based on our core values of Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in test automation.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming or scripting languages, particularly with expertise in the Selenium framework.
  • Advanced knowledge of JAVA and SQL query execution.
  • A solid understanding of Object-Oriented programming principles.
  • Ability to independently identify technical issues, including misconfigurations and code defects.
  • Experience in developing functional, load, and batch test automation solutions.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the roles of Test Automation and Software Quality Assurance within the development lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with test automation frameworks and design patterns.
  • Experience with version control systems such as GIT.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools like Junit, TestNG, Cucumber, Appium, JMeter, and SoapUI.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, including tools like Jenkins and Maven.
  • Understanding of Non-Functional Testing (Performance, Security, and Accessibility Testing).
