Required Education, Skills, and Experience:

  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Skills: Strong analytical capabilities and expertise in quality control methodologies.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to interpret engineering specifications and control charts.
  • Tools Experience: Practical experience with measurement instruments.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Shift Flexibility: Willingness to accommodate night shifts as required.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in a range of computer applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with quality standards such as TS16949.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of Toyota QIMS principles.
  • Certifications: Credentials as a Certified Engineer or Auditor are a plus.
