Responsibilities:

  • Help clients select a vehicle by asking the necessary questions to find them the perfect fit for their transportation needs
  • Provide product demonstrations and test drives
  • Guide potential clients through the sales process of purchasing or leasing a vehicle
  • Work with management to structure leases/purchases
  • Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals and establish a customer network
  • Acquire knowledge of the BMW product line
  • Attend product and sales training as necessary

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of relevant experience preferred
  • Must be motivated for success
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable
