Aesthetic Business Development Manager

Galderma is a leading dermatology company that offers a unique and challenging work environment. We are seeking an experienced Aesthetics Account Manager to join our team in Oklahoma City.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales plans to maximize sales opportunities through the promotion and sale of technical and non-technical products and services to current and new end customers.
- Track and monitor lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
- Implement and execute sales processes and policies to ensure product/brand sales volumes and profit targets are met.
- Collaborate with sales teams to inform customers of new product/service introductions and prices.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 2+ years of combined sales and customer service experience.
- Strategic and consultative sales background.
- Prior experience in buy and bill sales.
