Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Associate Territory Sales Manager. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for medical device sales and a strong desire to succeed in a rapidly growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full-cycle consultative sales, including prospecting, scheduling, and attending meetings, product demonstrations, in-services, closing, and follow-up.
  • Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other clinicians to increase awareness and educate on our medical devices.
  • Provide in-home product demonstrations to patients and assist with questions.
  • Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers to develop and execute sales strategies to surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Offer customer support through training and education on disease state, treatment protocols, reimbursement requirements, and other relevant topics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 2 years of outside sales experience.
  • Preferred but not required: sales experience with in-person product demonstrations.
  • Demonstrated success interacting with patients, customers, and clinicians.

What We Offer:

  • Base salary of $65,000.
  • Commission opportunity of up to $3,000 per month.
  • Promotion potential to Territory Sales Manager, with a salary increase and uncapped commissions. Top performers can earn up to $300,000+.
