Job Summary

Flagship Culinary Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our culinary program, ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement culinary programs and menus that meet the needs and expectations of our clients and employees.
  • Manage and supervise a team of culinary staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met, and that our kitchens are clean and well-maintained.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure that we are operating within budget.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure that our culinary program is aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in culinary management, preferably in a high-volume food service environment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing culinary staff, including training, development, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, including HACCP and food allergens.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
