About the Role

Carmax is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Office Associate to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete administrative tasks to support all store departments, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Provide customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, business partners, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and meet business objectives.
  • Maintain coverage at the information desk and answer multi-line phone system calls in a professional and courteous manner.
