Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Guest Services Agent to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Las Vegas. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout
  • Answer inquiries from guests regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Process guest requests and resolve any issues in a professional and efficient manner
  • Ensure accurate and timely handling of cash and credit transactions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, rates, and promotions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Perform other duties as required to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to the role
