Essential Qualifications & Expertise

Minimum of 4 years in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Systems, including power conversion, generation, or distribution. Proficient in Supplier Quality Analysis or related areas. A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications & Expertise

Experience in PCB Layout, Analog and Digital Circuit Design, or Microcontroller Development. Background in Military, Defense, or Aerospace sectors is advantageous.

Position Overview

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Product Support Engineer to join a leading aerospace organization. This role is pivotal in supporting Power Generation solutions for various programs. You will collaborate closely with Design, Manufacturing, Testing, and Quality Assurance teams to guarantee the delivery of superior power generation solutions to aviation clients.

Your proficiency in electronic design and engineering will play a crucial role in the conception, enhancement, and assessment of electronic components and systems. The position necessitates active engagement with the manufacturing personnel on the production floor, requiring on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct experimental evaluations and assess design methodologies and specifications.
  • Analyze equipment to determine operational data.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of technical information.
  • Provide engineering and technical assistance within the production environment.
  • Manage Engineering Changes, Root Cause Corrective Actions, and Cost Analysis.
  • Offer informal mentorship to new team members.
