Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
  • At least 5 years of experience in systems engineering
Preferred Attributes:
  • Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities
  • Proficient in problem analysis and resolution
  • Proven project management experience
  • Familiarity with Marine Gas Turbine Package Engineering
  • Experience in Ship Propulsion System Integration
  • Master's degree in engineering is advantageous
  • Six Sigma or Lean certifications are preferred
Compensation Grade: SPB3
