This role is vital for the effective integration of propulsion systems within the GE Renewable Energy Power and Aviation product line.
- Direct cross-disciplinary teams in executing Marine initiatives
- Offer pivotal technical guidance on significant projects
- Ensure technical quality and timely project delivery
- Enhance communication of technical and business insights
- Skillfully evaluate and present technical information to both internal and external stakeholders
- Guarantee thorough documentation of technical activities
- Provide technical mentorship and foster professional development
- Oversee component and product integration processes
- Manage product and system specifications
- Articulate product requirements and oversee interface management
- Cultivate specialized expertise in the field
- Lead validation and verification efforts
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience in systems engineering
- Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities
- Proficient in problem analysis and resolution
- Proven project management experience
- Familiarity with Marine Gas Turbine Package Engineering
- Experience in Ship Propulsion System Integration
- Master's degree in engineering is advantageous
- Six Sigma or Lean certifications are preferred
