Job Summary:

The Canvassing Manager will oversee a team of representatives to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive sales for Reliable Roofing. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership skills, experience in direct sales, and a passion for growing the business through outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of canvassing agents.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to target neighborhoods with high potential for roofing projects.
  • Monitor daily activities, ensuring productivity, quality of interactions, and adherence to company standards.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective lead passing and follow-up.
  • Track and report progress of canvassing campaigns to upper management.
  • Provide ongoing training and motivation to the canvassing team to ensure success and positive morale.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in canvassing, lead generation, or sales management (roofing industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with homeowners.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
