Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the administrative activities of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing records and information, planning and maintaining work facilities, and providing administrative assistance to our management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and information
  • Plan and coordinate the maintenance of our work facilities
  • Provide administrative support to our management team, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to improve internal collaboration and productivity
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including ordering supplies, managing mail, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administrative services or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
