Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and document vehicle concerns accurately.
  • Ensure all repair orders and associated paperwork are completed legibly and thoroughly.
  • Gather customer and vehicle information, ensuring all necessary data is recorded.
  • Process documentation as service jobs are finalized.
  • Communicate with customers regarding repairs and changes during vehicle delivery.
  • Assist in scheduling service appointments, ensuring adequate time for repairs and maintenance.
  • Monitor ongoing work to ensure repairs are executed correctly and timelines are adhered to.
  • Utilize service files to recommend additional repairs or services as needed.
  • Estimate costs and completion timelines, seeking assistance from the Service Manager when necessary.
  • Pay special attention to repeat repairs and ensure original technicians are assigned to follow-up jobs.
  • Notify customers when backordered parts are available.
  • Determine warranty coverage and verify relevant details such as repair dates and mileage.
  • Address customer complaints effectively to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of customer vehicles, noting any damages.
  • Coordinate alternative transportation options and manage loaner vehicles as required.
  • Strive to enhance dealership customer satisfaction in alignment with OpenRoad's standards.
  • Maintain an organized reception area and ensure all paperwork is up to date.
  • Adhere to company safety policies and report any incidents to management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in detailing or cleaning high-end vehicles is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey customer needs to management and the service team.
  • Flexibility in work scheduling, including availability for weekends.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
