Job Title: Creative Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Creative Project Manager to join our team at Aquent Talent. As a key member of our marketing and creative team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of creative projects across our agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of creative projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking progress.
  • Team Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the creative team, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Asset Management: Partner with the Teams to ensure efficient global sharing of artwork.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in creative project management, or trafficking within a creative environment.
  • Agency Experience Preferred: or working in-house on multiple brands
  • Skills: Strong understanding of print design, video, and photography/retouching processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38-$40 per/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match (if applicable).
