Creative Project Manager

The Jr. Creative Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of creative projects across the in-house agency. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring that our clients' needs are met consistently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day management of creative projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage global special projects, attending weekly meetings, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Utilize project management software, such as InMotionNow, to streamline workflows and track project status.
- Serve as a liaison between the creative team, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide support to project managers when needed, including backfilling during absences or periods of high workload.
- Partner with the Teams to ensure efficient global sharing of artwork.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in creative project management, or trafficking within a creative environment.
- Agency Experience Preferred or working in-house on multiple brands.
- Must have experience working in Monday.com.
- Strong understanding of print design, video, and photography/retouching processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
- Self-Starter: You are a driven individual who takes initiative and consistently sets and achieves high standards.
- Agile: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Collaborative: You enjoy working with others and building strong relationships across teams.
- Problem-Solver: You are creative and resourceful, able to find solutions to challenges and overcome obstacles.
- Target hiring compensation range for this role is $38-$40 per/hour.
- Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
- Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match (if applicable).
