We're seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our installation operations at Renewal by Andersen. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless project execution, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead with Impact: Assess crew performance and job status on-site, ensuring smooth operations and stellar customer experiences.
  • Solution-Oriented Expert: Provide creative installation solutions that align with customer expectations, utilizing your deep understanding of Renewal Products.
  • Quality Assurance: Confirm that all details within the sales contracts align with customer needs, ensuring clarity and satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Communication Catalyst: Foster strong relationships with installation crews, keeping them informed of unique job-specific factors.
  • On-Site Support: Troubleshoot any issues that arise on the installation day, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years in a similar role, particularly in window and door installation.
  • Strong computer proficiency and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and create a sense of urgency with field crews.
