Job Title: HR Field Administrator

SBM Management Services is seeking a highly skilled HR Field Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for processing personnel changes, maintaining personnel records, and providing exceptional customer service to our employees and management.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process new hires, terminations, and other personnel actions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Review and verify change requests and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Perform all tasks with discretion and escalate issues as needed to correct or complete data.
  • Ensure all data is entered by appropriate deadlines and contains necessary approvals.
  • Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information to authorized personnel.
  • Compile data from personnel records and prepare reports as needed.
  • Work closely with all levels of management and employees to provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in the use of employee information.
  • Assist with conducting trainings, such as new hire orientation, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Assist with and lead projects as needed, and prepare and communicate information to employees from corporate partners.
  • Develop and implement alternative solutions when needed.
  • Work with the HR team to manage transitions, including onboarding paperwork and mobile rollouts.
  • Travel may be required as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Union experience is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license may be required.
  • An Associate's degree in Business Management or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
Compensation:

$60,000 - $65,000 per year
